Question 1

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

Most teams are live in under an hour. Connecting both platforms takes minutes, auto-mapping handles the bulk of the field work, and you review only the exceptions.

Question 2

Do I need a developer?

Accepted Answer

No. Connecting platforms, mapping fields, building transformation rules and setting schedules are all done through the interface in plain language.

Question 3

Can I sign up online?

Accepted Answer

Not currently. synkazo is sold direct so we can scope the right plan and help with setup. Request access and we will reply within one business day.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

There is no self-serve trial. Instead we walk you through the product on your own data before you pay anything, and your first invoice is refundable for 30 days.

Question 5

Which platforms can I connect?

Accepted Answer

HubSpot is the destination today, with ServiceTitan, Dataforma and Texada available as sources. More platforms are on the roadmap, driven by customer requests.

Question 6

Does it work with HubSpot free CRM?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise are all supported. Some HubSpot features the sync can feed, such as revenue attribution reporting, require a paid HubSpot tier on their side.

Question 7

What happens to records that already exist in both systems?

Accepted Answer

synkazo matches on your chosen match field before writing anything, so an existing record is updated in place rather than duplicated. Pre-existing duplicates are surfaced rather than compounded.

Question 8

Can I sync custom objects and fields?

Accepted Answer

Custom field mappings are available from Pro. Custom objects are available on Enterprise.

Question 9

Which sync directions are available?

Accepted Answer

Two-way sync is available on Enterprise for supported connectors. Texada currently sends supported records one way into HubSpot. Starter and Pro are one-way.

Question 10

How often does it sync?

Accepted Answer

Daily on Starter, hourly on Pro, and as often as every 15 minutes on Enterprise. Each sync rule keeps its own schedule.

Question 11

Can rules run in a specific order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Any rule can be set to run after one or more others, so invoices can wait for customers and jobs to finish. Each rule still keeps its own schedule.

Question 12

What if a sync fails?

Accepted Answer

Failed runs retry automatically. Every run is logged with created, updated and skipped counts, and the reason for anything that did not go through.

Question 13

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

synkazo is a pass-through layer. We do not retain record content after a sync completes, beyond the logs needed to show you what happened. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and scoped to least privilege.

Question 14

Do you use my data to train models?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not sell your data and we do not use your records to train models.

Question 15

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

By sync capability and record volume per month, not per seat. Starter covers up to 1,000 records on a daily one-way sync; Pro up to 25,000 hourly; Enterprise adds two-way sync, custom objects and 15-minute schedules.

Question 16

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Your first invoice is fully refundable within 30 days. After that you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
