synkazo has no free trial — instead, every customer sees the product working on their own data before paying. This policy exists so that first purchase carries no risk.
synkazo is sold direct. Before you pay anything, we walk you through the product on your own data so you know exactly what you are buying.
If synkazo is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No conditions, no exit interview.
Cancel whenever you like from Dashboard → Billing. Your sync keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for.
We do not pro-rate unused time on monthly plans. Because you can cancel before any renewal, you are never billed for a period you did not choose to start.
Annual agreements are refundable within the same 30-day window from the invoice date. After that they run to the end of the term.
If a synkazo fault stops your sync working and we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we will refund the affected period whether or not 30 days have passed.
