synkazo is an integration platform operated by TechMarcos. References to "we", "us" and "synkazo" mean TechMarcos in respect of the synkazo service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
synkazo reads data from a source platform you connect (such as ServiceTitan, Dataforma or Texada) and writes it to a destination platform you connect (currently HubSpot), according to the mappings, direction and schedule you configure. You control what syncs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions of anyone you give access to. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your data remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to move data between the platforms you have connected. We do not sell your data and we do not use your records to train models. synkazo operates as a pass-through layer and does not retain record content after a sync completes, beyond the logs needed to show you what happened.
The platforms you connect are controlled by their own providers under their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their API changes, or data loss caused by them. If a provider changes or withdraws access, some functionality may change or stop.
You agree not to use synkazo to move data you have no right to move, to breach any platform’s terms, to attempt to access other customers’ data, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
Plans are billed in advance on the cycle set out in your order. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Plan limits — including record volume and sync frequency — are described on our pricing page and in your order. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
We work to keep synkazo available and monitored, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation unless a specific service level is agreed in writing in your order.
You may stop using synkazo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, for breach of these terms, or where required by law — and we will tell you why wherever we are permitted to.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes affecting your rights we will give reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
