Connect two platforms, map your fields once, and let synkazo keep them in sync.

synkazo moves data between systems you already own. That makes trust the whole product, so this policy is written to be read rather than to protect us.
This policy covers synkazo.com and the synkazo application. synkazo is operated by TechMarcos. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Account information you give us — name, work email, company and the platforms you want to connect. Platform credentials for the systems you authorise. Usage and diagnostic data about how the service runs, including sync run logs. Basic website analytics if you visit synkazo.com.
synkazo operates as a pass-through layer. We read records from the source you connect and write them to the destination you connect. We do not retain record content after a sync completes, beyond the run logs needed to show you what happened — counts, timings, and the reason anything was skipped or failed.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use your records to train machine-learning models. We do not access your connected platforms for any purpose other than running the syncs you have configured.
To provide and operate the sync service you have asked for; to authenticate you; to support you when you contact us; to detect and fix faults; to bill you; and to meet legal obligations. Where consent is the basis — such as marketing email — you can withdraw it at any time.
When you connect HubSpot we request only the scopes the sync needs, and you approve them in HubSpot. Uninstalling the app in HubSpot revokes our access immediately. The same applies to any source platform you connect. Those platforms handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, scoped to least privilege, and never displayed back to you in full. Access to production systems is limited to staff who need it and is logged.
We use a small number of third-party providers for hosting, email delivery, error monitoring and payments. They process data only on our instructions and under contract. We will name our current sub-processors on request and give notice of material changes.
Account information is kept while your account is active. Sync run logs are retained for a limited operational window and then deleted. When you close your account we delete your account data and stored credentials within 30 days, except anything we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one business day and action verified requests within 30 days.
synkazo is operated from India and data may be processed in the regions where our hosting providers operate. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
synkazo.com uses only the cookies needed to run the site and to understand aggregate traffic. The application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising cookies.
synkazo is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will update this policy as the product changes. For changes that materially affect your rights we will give reasonable notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
Questions, requests or complaints about privacy can be sent to [email protected] and we will respond within one business day.
